SkinRxClinic Dishonest, rude, and unprofessional Lake Worth Florida
This company is bad news. I can' t report on their products since I haven't received them yet, and don' t know if I ever will. I sent them a money order and a printed form from their website. Allegedly, they did not receive it until 8 days after it was mailed.
According to their claims, money orders expedite shipping, rather than waiting for a personal check to clear. However, they insist that I sent a personal check, and are making me wait 7-10 business days before shipping. I tried to prove to them that it WAS a money order by faxing them a copy of it, but they said that it "wasn't valid proof" and that they need a toll free number for the bank to speak with them. The bank doesn't HAVE a toll free number! Then they block my e-mails. I am forced to wait until they decide to ship my item, someday!
Here's a sample of their rudeness:
Your threats of contacting state agencies are ridiculous. We have done nothing wrong. But, feel free to knock yourself out. We have not ripped you off, we have answered your ridiculous emails, and we have every intention of sending you your products when your check clears. As well, these agencies do not have the time or interest to entertain your made up "complaint" . They have guidelines and figures that they use to register valid complaints. Their policy is to make consumers aware of fraud and rip offs. We have an excellent reputation. But, go ahead and waste their time and you will have it all explained to you.
We do not wish to hear from you any more. You are out of control and totally inaccurate. Your order will be shipped, as we told you, when your out of state check clears. We normally quote 7-10 business days for this to occur.

This customer received her order within the 10 days in the year 2003, that we promise with mail in orders. Her money order was actually not a money order, rather a Bank Check that did not have any "Official Check" markings. We had to hold it for 9 days to be sure it cleared. It was deposited as a check by our accountant. This customer sent flaming, hot rude insulting emails to us before we ever even got her check. We were in Fl, and a hurricane had just hit. There was no mail service or even electricity for a week. We did nothing wrong, she has her products. She clearly has an anger issue that she needs to deal with. After 12 or so flaming rude em,ails, we asked her to stop it. SkinRx C Mills
