SKYBOX SKYNET Overcharging customers in the name of Customs, 200% of Product Value DORAL Florida

Dear Readers,
Skybox is trying to cheat customers and are charging exorbitant charges in the name of Customs Duty, I just recently started using SKYBOX and received 2 packages at the forwarding address they firstly verified my account and then made following charges to my Debit Card without any notification, when i checked the account the shipping prices were fine but the Custom Duty charges were almost above 200% of the products value, for example if the total value of product i sent to SKYBOX is 400$ they charged me $812.56 as Customs and $129.43 as shipping for a Dimensional Weight : 7.44 Kg. shipment.
I tried contacting their Customer Service through chat and the representative after verifying told me the charges were correct and that i can calculate charges from the calculator on their website skybox.net/calculadora which is certainly not showing the correct custom duties, I am a regular shipper from US and i am aware of the rates of of Duties that are levied in India. I will be attaching the chat transcript with the report
Again Not loosing Hope i tried to contact their Customer Service through phone on their Phone no. +1 (786) 265-4800. and was and told that the charges were in accordance to the sites calculator [ Hell yeah that calculator is incorrect ] and that they will have to cheack for breakdown of custom duty charges and will revert me back after 24-48 hrs, Not a satisfactory answer again. Dear, SKYBOX thats not the way business shall be done and customers be taken care off ripping off their hard earned money just because of pure ignorance.
well yeah i have certainly used other services like borderlinx and borderfree but have never felt cheated. For sure a very bad experince don't know if i will ever get my money back, but surely and certainly i will make this heard to people so if you plan on Using them and trusting them with your financial details just so that they can overcharge you and make fool out of you please just think again for a while is it worth taking the pain.

Upon complaining about the issue to the CEO of the company, Paul V. Gartlan. Everything was set straight and now i am having no complaints with the company, My issue was solved swiftly and was redressal was made in efficient manner. Thanks!
