I have a printout from 11/15/01 that shows the grand total to be $39.99. Now not only 3999 removed from account also 189.00 . There was never a 189 figure. I have tracking numbers from attempts to get a 39. refund which since then 189. has been taken under no form of agreement. numerous attempts to contact skyboxtv.comripoff. no response or attempt to do right
