I did not know of this site until here recently, I would have thought twice about ordering from this company had I known and read the info from others.

Nov 3rd of 2001 I overed the free satelite system with a shipping charge of $39.99. After nearly 4 weeks, trying to call and e-mail them to no avail I went back to the site to see if I might have missed allow x amount of time for delivery, in doing so I read the customer terms again and it stated that they could charge your credit card a penalty if not hooked up within 30 day,

I thought wow if they are talking 30 days from the date I ordered it I better do something.

I called my bank and canceled my existing card, they refunded my $39.99.

Guess what happened next, this was on the 4th of Dec 2001. On the 12th of Dec Fed-Ex tried to deliver a package to us we missed them so I called and found out that it was from the people at Skyboxtv and it had been shipped out on the 10th of Dec.

I told the lady to send it back as they had plenty of time to get the information that I had gotten a charge back and had changed my credit card number.

That is the last I have heard of them they didn't even send me notice about getting it back, something shady here for sure and with so many people complaining I am glad I refused the shippment.
