SkyCaddie - SkyGolf - SkyHawke Horrible Customer Service and Support on a very expensive item ripoff Ridgeland Nationwide
I bought a SkyCaddie from a retailer in my area. The satalite service and downloading courses was difficult to understand but once I got the hang of it the product was okay.
The SkyCaddie fell off of my golfcart while golfing and the toggle button broke. It seemed to be stuck in scroll position. The unit will turn on and load, but as soon as that button is pressed it continuously scrolls.
I called SkyGolf and was able to send unit in for repair. Two weeks later I had not heard from the company about repairs or receiving unit so I called the number listed and waited on hold 25 minutes. A representative I could barely hear over the noise of the call center answered and could care less about my issue. SHe explained the unit was beyond repair and all they could do was send it back. Why I had to call to get this info I am not sure!
I asked to speak with a supervisor because after payin $350 for this item I would think I wshoul receive a discount off the next one or something. Especially since I used it twice and they claimed it was completely nonrepaireable! She told me there were no available supervisors and she would take a message to have one call me back within 24 hours.
48 hours later, no call, but I did receive my broken SkyCaddie in the mail with a little note stating it could not be fixed. Thank you so much SkyGolf! I will sure do business with you crooks again!
