SKYCOM, ALLTEL, AT&T WIRELESS, ripoff consumer fraud ripoff false promises ripped off and scammed the business that doesnt give a dam victimized many consumers LITTLE ROCK, ,HOT SPRINGS, PINE BLUFF Arkansas, VIRGINIA
The people at SKYCOM missused my personel information to run several credit inquries without my permision. I had called about an add i got in the mail. Brandon Willson the sales person said he just need the information to see which phone i get. He said he would call right back. He never did i found out later that he had used my information to apply for a line of credit. I never gave him permission to do that!
This company needs to be shut down and its employees put in jail.
According to The Attorney General it is illegal for someone to check my credit without my signature and i intend to do something about this credit card fruad. I now have to get a new social security number because who knows what these crooks did with my personel information. Be advised they are crooks their add says free but from the other ripoff report i saw im glad i didnt go as far as they went.

They always run credit to see if you qualify for a cell phone!!

Every timer I've gotten a cell phone they have always run a credit check on me; because they often give the phones away or have huge discounts on the phones they want to make sure someone will pay the bill before giving them the phone....by asking them for a cell phone offer you basically applied for a line of credit with them, and they should have clarified with you that you were applying for credit and a credit check would be run.....nothing fraudulent or unusual...just a misunderstanding!
