Skyjiro Forge After 7 months I still have not received my product or a refund Rosemead CA
I ordered a sword that was "in stock" and 3 months later, I find out they didn't even build it yet.
When I confronted them, I was told they would make it good. Another month goes by and still no sword.
Contacting them again led to just a bunch of excuses and unfulfilled promises.
Tried to get a refund, but several more excuses, and another month goes by and no refund.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they have continually missed deadlines and promises.
After 7 months, I am done with this company. They have no honor.
