We purchased a futon & mattress on 10/7/11 at Sleep Worx on Route 2
in Warwick. Total price was $787.52. I bought the recommended "best"
mattress with a 10 year warranty and wood frame with a lifetime
warranty. I explained this was for my son and girlfriend and they would
be sleeping on it EVERY night. I was assured this set was appropriate
for nightly use and would be comfortable. After a couple of nights, the
kids complained about sore backs and being uncomfortable. I asked them
to give it a week. After a week, they both said they were rolling to
the middle of the mattress as it was sagging in the middle. I called
Sleep Worx and was told to flip the mattress and give it another week.
We did this. Same issue happened. I called back the following week,
and was told they had to locate their receipt, and would call us back. I
told them I had my receipt, but they said they still needed theirs.
They never called back. I called the following week and there was no answer.  I
called daily for a week, no answer. I went to the store and it
was empty and closed down. When I purchased the futon, I explained that
I had also purchased a "rollo" bed years ago, and the leg broke. They
told me to drop it off and they would have it fixed. Now I can't get
that back either! I want my money back for this new bed and I want the
leg to my rollo bed back!
