Once I made the deposit I had to meet a 94,000 wager requirement which I did. once meeting that requirement I was allowed to cash out up to 3500.00. well needless to say I managed to do that and on Jan 23, 2014 I made a withdrawal requrest and here it is March 23, 2014 and still no money. I have called numerous times and keep getting the same story "we are waiting on approval from management and that I should rest assured I will receive my winnings. I play at over 150 casinos and have NEVER had it take more than 14 days to receive my winnings. I do not believe I am going to receive my winnings and that this site is just a rip off. They take people's money but refuse to pay when they win, I think that something needs to eb done by the ganes connission because whoever is running this casino is getting rich off of us poor players and it isn't fair. I am not sure who to contact but I am looking into finding out where this casino is located and who the gaming commission is that has control over this casino. internet
I have recently played at a casino called SLOT NUTS and after 2 months I have still not received my winnings. They offer you free spins and then require you to deposit 35$ to recieve the money you have built with the free spins. The problem is, you don't really receive the free spin money, you must first meet a wagering requirement before receiving the money, which in my case was $94,000.
Believe it or not I met the wagering requirement and won over 7,000$ but was only allowed to cash out 3500 dollars of that money. I placed the withdrawal request on 1/23/2014 and it is now 2/23/14 ane still have not received my funds nor an email or phone call. I have contacted the customer service number over 15x and its always the same story "my winnings are in processing and waiting fo the accounting department managger to release the funds.
I have played at nearly 50 plus casinos and have NEVER had it take more than 14 days to receive my winnings. I do not believe I will ever see my winnings and If I never which country this casino was in I would report them to the gaming commission. I sincerely believe that this casino is a rip off and believe that their sister sites, Mighty Slots, 99 slot Machine, plenty jackpots, and real vegas online would also be the same.
I made my last and final phone call today and told them that If I didn't have my money or hear from someone in the next 24 hrs then I would find out where they were and who the gaming commission was and I would report them. I do not want to do this but after 2 months of the same song and dance sounds to me like they are getting rich off of us, but don't want to pay us.
If anyone has any information that would help I would be extremely grateful and would love to be able to receive my money or be able to contact the gaming commission.
