Smart Business Plus, LLC Jessey L. Cloutman, CEO Not only are they scamming consumers, they can not even pay the employees Phoenix, Arizona
I worked for this company for about a month, took over for the Customer Service Rep. who had shut the ringer off on the phone. In that time frame, I witnessed many clients not getting calls returned, while trying to sort out the mess the last CSR had left, I found marketing campaigns that had been purchased for several thousands of dollars that had not been implemented even after 6 months.
This company is in so much financial disarray that during the time I worked there all of the employees only would receive a portion of the payroll that was due them on Friday, and that was cash under the table, then we would receive the rest of our pay a few days later. The office on University has been shut down and this business is being operated out of Jessey Cloutmans apartment located at 255 N. Pomeroy #10 Mesa, AZ 85201.
I was let go on 9/14/2010 and told by Jessey that he had another job lined up for me and that he would contact me on 9/15/2010 with the location information on the job and that he would have the $378.00 that he owes me for payroll on 9/16/2010.
I have attempted to contact Jessey Cloutman several times in the past 2 days by phone, which goes directly to voice mail and you are not able to leave a message, I have sent him text messages the past 2 days that have gone unanswered as well.
If anyone reading this has been a victim of this company, you all need to start sending complaints to the Arizona Attorny Generals office. Only if they receive a lot of complaints on this company will anyone who has spent money with this company be able to get their money back...I will probably get screwed out of my payroll andhave to go to the Industrial Commission of Arizona...
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE CALLING YOU RESPRESENTINGTHIS COMPANY!!!

This report is bogus and was not even written by anyone affiliated with this company...the information contained in the complaint was written by someone I know who does not believe in home based businesses. They went as far as to obtain personal information off of my cell phone, as well as information of off the Corporation Commission web site to post this bogus complaint.
I work for this company, and nothing on this posting is accurate. The affiliates of this business are making money from their web businesses, the employees are paid on a weekly basis, as well as receiving bonus spiffs for work above and beyond what is expected from them....
I stand behind this rebuttal 100%, and tell you right now that the person who wrote this complaint has never worked for Smart Business Plus, LLC and has no affiliation with this company in any way.
The only complaint that I have is that Rip Off Report does not investigate any of the complaints posted on this forum. Anyone can post on this site, whether the information is valid or not.
