Smart Shopper valueplusonline.com They have been stealing money out of my checking acct since 11/16/2011 Hopkins Minnesota
I found smartshopper on my bank statement, 24.95 per month and some strange .75 cents that has been taken out of my account since 11/16/11.
Do I remember 11/2011? Of course not. I called them and played dumb. I said they were on my bank statement and I wanted to know who they were and what the debit was for. They explained that it was something about coupons and saving me money. I got my member ID #, said thank you & hung up. Then I called their cancellation number and cancelled the account.
After filing this report, I am going to report them to the bbb.org. I haven't even calculated how much money that is yet, but it's gonna be a LOT. They'll be sorry they messed with me.
