I have NEVER heard of this company however they have heard of me. They have been charging my bank account $29.95 every month for many many years. I had no idea of the charges until I received info alerting me to possible fraud on my account and so I started looking over my bank statements which I rarely ever pay attention to the charges that are less than $50, that us until now. I was hoping to find out more about this charge but I have only received a phone # from my bank. They have never had my permission to charge my account and I would be more than happy to pursue this in court. I will not rest until this business is out of business and is unable to scam anybody else. If it means suing them then count me in! As far as this charge being a voluntary charge to a credit card it was not a voluntary charge but it was charged to my debit/credit card number and I'm assuming it was online but I have no idea for sure since I never gave them permission in the first place. I know that I have NEVER spoke to anybody and I never visited their website and entered in my card info. Yet they were still able 2 access my card number and charge it repeatedly.

That's what you get for not checking your bank statements EVERY MONTH!  This is one of the subscription plans that was probably pre-checked for you when you made an online purchase.
