Smart Start of New Mexico The company has a POLICY OF NO EXCEPTIONS! no-matter the situation they charge 80 fine. albuquerque New Mexico
Smart Start has been defrauding people for many years without any kind of checks are balances. They can do pretty much anything they want too. I like many, many others was charged for a voilation that never happen. I was told to pay 80 dollars there are no exceptions! I tryed getting help form the State but they believed everything this company told them. And you have to realize the State of New Mexico is also making money. I have contacted the Attorney General ,and my Congress Women in the hope they will look in to and expose this country wide explotation of all kinds of people, that have no choice but to pay or not drive.

Here we have Robert again spewing the same nonsense over and over like a deranged parrot.
Why is a backstory needed? I thought this website was devoted to complain about companies and businesses for the services they render? Oh yeah, it is! Not for people's backstories or explanations of why they are using said company.

You see the one very obvious thing in this entire report is your failure to mention why you have an Interlock device on your car. So let me help out the uninformed. You have that device on your car for one reason and one reason only. You were CONVICTED of Driving Under the Influence of drugs or alchohol at least once. Oh sorry if I let your little secret out.
So your choice now to pay or not drive, was 100% determined by your choice in the past when you had the choice to either get behind the wheel or not while impaired. Now, you can whine about how the system has been "unfair" to you. But instead of whining you better be thanking who ever you need to that you didn't KILL or injure yourself, your family, or some random stranger. Because if that happened having the inconvience of an "Interlock" device on your vehicle would be the least of your concerns.
Now, personally I think these companies should be put out of business and you never be given the opportunity to drive again..because driving is a priviledge not a right. However, the State has decided to give you another chance to redeem yourself. Part of this is you must have this device in your car and follow their rules. Of course you blame them for any violation after all you "learned your lesson" right?
So how about this. Go buy yourself one of the very popular video cameras used by people doing action sports..etc. These cameras have a head mount that make it very easy for you to record EVERYTHING you do during the day. If you want to prove that the machine is faulty, record yourself from the moment you get up until you go to bed. Based on what you wrote here you should have a violation very quickly. Where with your video proof you can show that the violation is false. If this company doesn't do anything, go to the media. I bet your local news station is always looking for a good "corruption" story.
