This company is a scam. Smart Start Interlock Devices are only made to scam you and lie to you. They tell you one thing and go the other way.
People who have this installed in their vehicle have had it for years because of false positives and lack of consistency when reporting to the monitoring authority.
Avoid these people at all costs. they will continue taking your money buntil you are broke and then put you on payment plans! Complete B.S. and it needs to be stopped. Avoid Smart Start IDD devices!
