Complaint Review: Smart Start - seattle Washington

Hello.,  I have reciaved a violation by using a Start Smart servise, that i have not commite and have PROOF!, as well as i try to follow all prosidures as requested by smart start and being totally ignored! 

My Name is Nikita Prokopenko and while following the 4 month compliense procidure i have been in full compliense with everything that was rewuested, as of a period of 1 week, before the removal - my unite have just went off! with violation code o4 in the time of me driving home from work!

I have recieved and played guilty to DUI in 2011 now is December 17 of 2013. I have followed the procidures and drove with the unete since the day of dui stop. Now Olympia has requested they own suspension with a 4 month compliense, that i was not aware of., but to make long story hort:

I`m driving home, from work - constently blowing to a Smart Start Unit, as it goes off in a violation, my alarm horn start going off - says Violaton code lock 04 ( WTF?) - I HAVE NOT DONE NOTHING!

Me., understanding that this is a vialation to my record., and instant car shot off will acure., as i turn off my egnition - WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING that i have not done anything wrong or consumed any alcohol., drive straight to Renton Police City Hall and request emidiate BREATH ANALYTHING TEST.

I have a record of phone call, officer arrival and a case number to witness my subrioty as well as my car still running in the parking lot, as i have blow multyple times to a Smart Start unite ( plase note that ).

After police report was obtained i traveled from Renton to Maple Valley " Automotive Experts " and left a car over night, as i knew ( otherwise i have to tow it there ). Whike being on their parking lot and waiting for my ride, (HUGE INCOVINIANCE at passed 10 pm) while my car was still running, I VIDEO taped from my phone., the unit ., flashing red and green and me blowing in it,., i have the tape.

next day :

I arrive, catching a ride., explaining the surcanstences to a shop., that i actually left a massage same night, already knew whats going on., pushed my car in for an inspection. " Rich " the owner., tells me, that it is the unite problem and i will be on my way soon, as of a 50$ fee for reset, hes said that I`m not responseble for.

Ayway after spending 3 to 4 hours in that shop., i come to find out., that it is my fault , that there was some electrical problem with my car.,  and i get a violaton., pay 50$ and keep the smart start in for another 4 month.,  as i was 7 to 10 days, before complete removal.

That`s not even the reason why i wrote ths.,:

Next day:

I call smart start , 

Automated service says: go online , write latter to smart start inc. I write the latter get a conformation latter and no ne calls back, That`s when i call and get a nasty Conversation with the person incharge of that department that handels violatoins.,  I was accused of lying, recived the fool rudness, the person on another line did not whant to listen to me and when i asked the name of ., who am i speaking with - she hang up.

Don`t we lave in America., - where costumer service not soppouse to harrase?

Anyway., The smart start representative , in charge of her department ssaid.,: I did not blow to smart start again as it went of., otherwise i would be fine - AGHHH! not true., I blew several times and have a Police officer as a witness of my car running, way later after violation accure, as i blew in it multiple tymes to keep my car running., as well as  a video of me blowing to it while it was flashing., as i never had any violation to smart start, since day one,,  accused in laying., harrased.,  i wrote to smart start inc  2wise.,  i have 2 letter saying., they got the massage and will respond with in 24 hours., i called and spoke with Veronica and was promised for a supervisor from Washington state will call me., no one ever did., I called the main number and left a detailed massage recording with details to smart start last sunday 8 days ago.,  and still NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

I have followed all their procidures to get a respose - and guess what!? I sleep by my phone - and still nothing.

I was suppose to be off a smart start in the beginning of december 12.01.2013 It is now 12/18/2013  and i get nothing but a full ignoranse!!! My number never changed, i went to Smart Start meeting , they can`t help...  

Please someone HELP! I`m willing to go to the kiro  7 news in a few days...
