After buying two boxes for $300 from a mall while visiting Atlanta, back at hotel the atomizer and battery did not work. Went back the next day and the rude lady their refused a return and pulled out this small sign hiding behind products that read "no refunds". after much arguing she replaced the items that did not work. We left back home that night, 2 hrs away. The next day again parts of the cigs did not work properly. I attempted to contact the reseller there but there was absolutely no way of getting a hold of them, no number on receipt, no extension at the mall, other than driving to Atlanta there was no way I was getting a hold of them. I went to the site, after all we are "LIFE TIME MEMBERS" (HA)


Anyway the lady on the phone was very nice. I told her exactly what happened and she SEEMED very interested to know the name of the vendor at the mall so she could report it. She also offered to send me a replacement of both cases and upgrade each to the newer models. I waited weeks. about 2 months later I called again and went through the same CRAP with another lady, though she had a less patient attitude. Again I was promised new replacements and for my "trouble" a case of cartridges. 4+ months went by and nothing. I called again, no answer, and again no answer, when I finally got someone live on the phone days later I was told the same bull sh*t. I has been WELL over a year and the two boxes a sitting in a drawer somewhere, $300 waste of space. They are lying thieves. NEVER BUY THEIR CHEAP OVERPRICED PRODUCTS. My name is Mia McCleod, I'm the office manager her at Vapor Corp/Smoke 51.  First I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with using our product. 

Our product is offered as a alternative for smoking regular cigarettes and to save you money, not to rip you off in no way.  Please contact our office M-F 9am-5pm and speak with one of our customer service reps and let them know that I have authorized for you to return your product for a replacement, no questions asked.

As it is not our policy to issue refunds on any product that was purchased from an outside vendor I will make this one time exception since you feel you were treated unfairly.  Contact our office with you receipt showing purchase of our product and I will have a refund check issued. 

I urge you to give our product another try because it is really a great product.  I have used it myself for over 2yrs and it has really helped saved me a lot.  I will also have a couple of complimentary packs of filters included for your inconvenience as well.

Again, I apologize for any problems you were caused and if you would like to speak with me directly, please feel free to do so.
