Snapdragon Ventures ripoff mortgage leads that never materialized Azusa California
Our Company contracted Snapdragon Ventures to provide 50 mortgage leads. We met with Ivonne Castro who reports to Benjamin Straw in their office. We checked the BBB and went to their office prior to signing the contract to try to protect ourselves. They promised leads within 3 days of signing. It took over a week to receive any leads and thats after numerous calls. The leads that we received were not good, more than half did not fit the parameters that was agreed upon. When we voiced out concern, Ivonne Castro and Ben Straw suddenly became very busy with meetings and constantly not available. After numerous calls we were told that Ivonne Castro no longer work there and a person by the name of Benny is now in charge of the account.
When we spoke to Benny he promised to get our campaign going again. Out of approximately 20 leads that we received at least 8 had wrong numbers, the others just refinanced a month prior, and others adviced snapdragon that they were not interested. Yet they sent us their names anyway. Not a single lead ever materialized. I just called Snapdragon yesterday and their Phone numbers were disconnected and they no longer have a website. Do not do business with this company.
