So Fetch Tresses Sofetchtresses There’s no way I can write a brief complaint about this company. PLEASE DONT ORDER THIS HAIR!! This company have the poorest customer service EVER!! I purchased an 18’ closure from them and before I could condition it, it matted COMPLETELY! I spoke with the owner and this guy tells me the closures only last for 2 months! I paid $87 dollars for this crap! I could have purchased a better closure from a Korean beauty store for that price! The owner of this BS hair company best offer for me was to SELL me the same closure for $55 plus taxes. Really? WTH? Why would I purchase more bad hair? This was a total rip off and I’m so mad at myself for trusting previous BOGUS reviews of this company. I usually spend $100+ for closures at better quality hair companies. I thought I was getting a bargain with So fetchtresses, but obviously NOT..... Atlanta Georgia
FIRST, I couldn’t post this review without giving a rating, if I had the choice I would have given them ZERO STARS!! I purchased an 18’ closure in store. After wearing the hair for 2 months, I took it out and tried to reinstall. I throughly combed the hair before washing and conditioning... hair was completely fine, but after I wet, shampooed and before I could add the conditioner, the hair matted COMPLETELY. I added the conditioner and left the hair in a plastic bag hoping it will untangle for 20mins and it didn’t. I sent this exact message and pictures to their email and called after receiving an email from them stating that their closures typically last for ONLY 2 months (I HAVE FRONTALS AND CLOSURES THAT HAVE LASTED ME 8+ MONTHS). First time calling, I spoke with a guy, I told him my problem and asked if he’d seen my email. He took my name and told me he’d call back (which he didn’t) and before I could tell him the phone number to reach me, he ended the call.
After 4 hours of waiting for this guy to call me back, I called back and spoke with the same guy, I asked him once again if he’d seen my email and his exact words were "oh yes, I sent an email back saying that our closures only lasted for 2 months before you called the first time.” This guy obviously wasn’t going to call me back after I called the first time because he’d already responded to my email before I called. So after he said that I told him how bad the hair had matted and how I was only able to get one install. Disregarding the pictures and videos, he tells me how girls have always tried to get free hair, how he never had this problem before and how he could only sell me another closure for $55 dollars!!
