Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My fiance and I went on vacation to south Beach,Florida. On September 2nd 2008 we decide to purchase a new camera, we walked around the city and we so different deals all over the place.

The reason we went to SOBE ELECTRONICS it was there low prices that they promote on there windows, our intention was to buy this camera that they advertise for $189, we went in the store and ask the salesman( foreign with broken English) for that specific camera he told us that he was going to check the inventory. Will I was waiting another salesman approach us and starting showing us different cameras with different prices.

This salesman get us all confused and we both a camera that supposedly to retail for $799.00 but we paid $539.00 with some free stuff (!!!!!). We left the store and we find out that they over charge us for the camera , the value of the item was $149.00, we did returned to the store and we ask to speak to the manager they told us that the manager wasn't there, we came to find out that the salesman was the manager.

They denied everything, we than told them that we didn't want the item and that we need a refund, they said NO. We than from the inside of the store we called our bank to cancel the transaction and they did, but for some reason 3months after the store still get the money reversal to they account.

I would like to have some help me with this situation!!!

These guys personally I would call them pricing fraudulent and con artists.

The guy went in the back to see if he had the $189 camera. Did he have it or not? If he had it why didn't you buy it for $189? Why were you "confused"? Why did you buy a $539 camera instead of the $189 one? If he didn't have it why didn't you go to another store? Your story is discombobulated. Sorry. Sounds like simply buyer's remorse to me. You bought an overpriced camera that you later discovered was worth a fraction of what you paid. Happens all the time unless you research what you want in advance. All hotels have computers. Use one next time. End of story.
