Social Media Grow No product received OR follow-up Internet
I purchased one of the package deals on Social Media Grow, it was supposed to provide me 2,500 views on my youtube videos to increase my search results. Upon paying them, using paypal, I received no response and no instructions as to how I should provide them the information they needed to complete the order. This was my first real clue that this was a scam. I decided to wait a few hours before contacting sales.
I figured maybe it just takes a while. Wrong. When I checked a few hours later, still nothing. I emailed sales and asked them how I was supposed to give them the information they needed to complete the order. After waiting several more hours, I received no response. I figured at this point, I'll give it a couple days. I did just that. Still nothing. I finally sent them another email letting them know I'd like a refund and I also let them know I'd be reporting them to ripoffreport.
As you might expect, here we are a few hours later and there's still no response. Additionally, they claim to have been mentioned by NBC, The Washington Times, TIME magazine and a few others, but after doing some research found that none of these companies have mentioned them. At least not online. Case in point, they're not at all what they claim to be, they're a scam.
