Software HQ - Esoftware.com Dishonest, misleading, Over Charging, Will not return calls. Hide behind only an email address Internet
Software HQ is a total scam site. They overcharged my credit card for more than what was authorized. I authorized $12.65 and was charged for $52.92. The 800# that they provide prompts you to leave a message. They know that they are scam artist, that's why you never get a real person.
I never received a return phone call. I made the attempt in contacting them by email. They refuse to refund me.
They hide behind a satisfaction guarantee with a no refund policy.(Go figure) But with certain conditions they say they would refund your money but they don't.
It must be nice to make money in a dishonest way. I wish my conscious would let me get away with doing the same thing. I would be rich myself. They also hide behind another site known as esoftware.com and they are linked with cnet.
There is no real software to download from this site. They are just getting money from people who trust that they are getting an actual service. I want this company shut down. I want to help in shutting people like this down completely. There is no other way to contact these people. They have no physical address.
