We make the terrible mistake of purchasing a Sojag gazebo. The product comes with a grommeted soft roof which in theory allows the water to not pool in the roof. The problem is Sojag grommets arent properly centered so the water pools up in the cloth to the sides of the grommets. Ever since we got it home, every time it rains we have to run out and stand under the huge above head puddles and push the very HEAVY rain water up over the frame where it is trapped - out of the gazebo. SOJAG's answer is they won't do anything about it. We paid over $500. For a FAULTY product. We have been instructed to follow instructions for proper maintenance to keep it from stretching. The pooling water stretches it. Nothing in the maintenance instructions tells us how to relocate the drain holes! Lol. STUPID This company stinks. They are quick to take people's money but DO NOT CARE about customers one bit. Run from this company. They are horrible.
