While speaking to several drivers, it is alarming to see who has jumped ship on this sinking company. 1. A guy by the name of Dennis just ups and quits. From what I am told I think he used to run the Blake Avenue site. 2. Al's controller Randy quits. 3. Shop manager Beto quits. 4. Shop mechanic Ramon quits 5. Sergio Mares quits ( don't know what he did nor do the drivers know either, excess baggage). 6. Several drivers quit, come back and quit again. Maybe because payroll isn't on time. Hey people those are the FACTS!!!!

Let the facts speak itself regarding Sol Azteca: 1) Had their ICC involuntarily revoked for a period in September in which he knowingly and willfully operated illegally with no CA PUC or Federal ICC authority. Sherrer commented that he would rather pay the fines associated with illegal operation than cease. Visit USDOT website for verification of involuntary revocation. 2) Has a pattern of repeatedly writing Bad checks to creditors and for fuel expenses. Wells Fargo can verify the exact number of NSF's. 3) Failure to file appropriate documents indicating who is president of the company as well as correct addresses with the State of California. Visit California PUC website for verification. 4) Repeated false statements regarding financial health and status of the company. Defering major decisions to the Gonzalez family even though they had just plead guilty on 05/10/2006 in a major federal court case involving transportation of illegal Aliens for hire. (United States V. Golden State Transportation / Gonzalez Inc. Case # CR-01-01696-TUC-RCC 5) A failure to report cash revenue to the Internal Revenue Service. 6) Failure to meet payroll on time resulting in paydays being as late as seven days. 7) Failure to have a business license for the City of LOs Angeles for the 1901 Blake Ave address. 8) Failure to comply with OSHA regulations with regard to health and safety specifically dormitories, restrooms, and shop area. 9) Continued employment of undocumented workers and drivers with International Drivers License. Ironically, many of the same players are hold overs from the Golden State days. 10) A Pattern of opening up accounts with small mom and pop vendors running the bill up to $20,000. and then burning the vendor by not paying the bill. Sherrer assumes that it would be cost prohibitive to take him to court, This practice was done while Sherrer was a Vice President at Sureride as well. 11) Failure to license and insure company shop truck. 12) Knowingly sending out vehicles that are deemed to be unsafe per the State and Federal Standards. 13) Insisting on keeping Sol Azteca/Eco Charter low profile even though it defies Principles one would learn in Business 101. Are you keeping it low profile because you are violating so many laws on a daily basis? Al, I would be afraid to walk out your door on a daily basis because you are a white collar criminal that makes money by running businesses into the ground (Frank Lorenzo style). You are a habitual liar who uses a charasmatic sales pitch to win people over but you fail to deliver. You are a CROOK and will be exposed. The facts speak for themselves AL. By the way, AL, I have more than enough documentation to indicate that Sol Azteca should not be operating. This is not a formality, AL. At the end of the day you are running an ILLEGAL Business. No excuses only Facts Al. No worries see you in Court.

This report was submitted by an individual who was released from employment this past summer with our company. This particular employee stole a large amount of money from our Texas operation and also passed a bad check at our Las Vegas facility. After researching this persons former employers I found similar reports which were written about his former employers on this website. If these alegations were true I doubt we would still be in business. Our industry is regulated very closely by both State and Federal agencies. Very simply, this write up is the wild imagination of a disturbed individual with an axe to grind with our company. P.S. If I were in your place I wouldn't go to Texas or Nevada. We filed charges against you in both States.
