Solar Shower ripoff Brookville Ohio
Called them about a Magic tan spray on booth, was foward over to the newest model called Wet tan. Didn't get a wet tan, when it arrived it was a Unigue spray booth. Paying 24,000.00 according to the website I was supposed to get an experienced person the day of delivery to show me how to operate this machine. I didn't, they just dropped it off and left, leaving me to figure out how to run this thing, After a week of spraying people, they started coming back and calling me complaining that their spray tan is horrible. I called the sales man and the manufacturer several times trying to get some one to help me. They sent this girl that didn't know anymore than i did and she no longer works for them. I sprayed at least 20 times trying to figure out the best way to get a more natural looking tan, I have ruined my skin using the solution they sent, I call again several times asking why this solution is craking and spoting on my skin, they told me it must be a bad batch of solution, Well, all my customers that i sprayed said that they will never get back in it again even for free, My buisness is ruined, The maufacture has now fired the salesman. They offered to fly me to ohio and show me how they do it. But they don't understand, it's to late, no one wants that stuff on there skin ever. They sent me some more of the same solution and that was no better than the other. I did ask them within 30 days to come pick this booth up and they refused. I have spent 1,000.00 on ads and misc articles. Now i'm stuck with a payment of $665.00 a month for 5 years, and word has got out that my spray booth will mess your skin up. I have documented everything that has happened to me the fist day it arrived, Starting March 1,2004. Now I'm seeing products charged to my credit card that i didn't order and never got, I called them about that as well, that was a month ago and they never got back with me and it still on my card, Please let me know what I can do other than getting a lawyer. We did not sell this unit to the customer we are a manufacturer and did private label a unit called unique for healthtan to there specifications and in our agreement they are liable for all warranty issues but we would like to offer our help in any situation in regards to healthtan they did sell this units and had great success but in no way do we operate in the same way.
