Attention anyone thinking about getting solar energy products.

I worked at first for Albert Clark Rich on a part time basis, then he gave me a superviosr postion and then failed to pay me for the hard work I did,.

Nearly two years ago, I was low on funds, so I worked

part time on the weekends,and some evenings for a solar firm while working during the mornings selling computers to our government, and internet sells of solar pv panels.

I started working for Albert Clark Rich, and was finally ripped off so bad, that I have to warn everyone around California and the rest of the world.

Albert Clark Rich and a weasel named Mark Zickel, plus some other solar scam artists lied to harm my name.

Albert Clark Rich ripped off another solar installer,

and had to pay to the Law Firm of Etan Rosen

Telephone 916 369 9750 the sum of over fifteen thousand dollars because Albert Clark Rich is a liar, and a complete scum bag.

What he does is use simple and pleasing sounding words

that trick virtually anyone.

Then he sells or has some other liars sell his homemade

solar panels, which are really pig s**t in design,

and made by a some other losers.

I had to work on so many systems, that I told Albert

that he needed to upgrade the metal and materials

and he laughed at me.

I loaned Albert Clark Rich money to keep the telephones

working, purchased uniforms for his staff,

even helped him pay his mortgage on his house,

he also had to borrow money from me to keep the trucks

filled with gas, and I had to purchase parts for some

solar work orders, which I never got paid back for.

Now I have sent notice for a lawsuit to claim

some of the money he owes me.

I also intend to sue him for libel and slander,

and then go after his partners in crime for slander

and libel.

The whole solar industry in Calfornia, is a scam,

most of the solar projects are built with little

forethought, infact the California

Energy Group handing out money for projects

is filled with as much inept people, it stinks.

Albert Clark Rich is of a special breed of

bottom feeding scum, and he is very tricky.Just like most

of the staff of the California Energy Commission,which

is basically another good old boy network.

Of course, Albert Clark Rich was forced to leave

the Northeast, and soon he will have to leave

California, after I expose the truth about the liar,

and get all his former clients to know what he is

really all about.

I spoke to several people the past few days, and each one

tells me that over 3 to 5 months have passed and still

no one comes out to do service calls.

Albert Clark Rich is the typical piece of scum that

takes advantage of everyone, in fact his wife

had to place her name on the home ownership

because Albert Clark Rich was afraid of getting sued

by others. Now he hides in his office,

and steals money from all his future clients, because

the solar panels he installs are not big enough,

they are poorly installed, I know, as I had to go out

and fix alot of them, and when I was about to finish

some of the solar work, Albert Clark Rich fired me

so he could cheat me out of thousands of dollars.

Then he and Mark Zickel lied to the Sacrmaneto Sheriffs,

and Detective Dwyer told them that the matter was civil

when Albert Clark Rich ripped me off for thousands of dollars and tried to lie to have me placed in jail and then he and Mark Zickel aka the weasel, lied some more,

and their statements are now available for a slander

lawsuit.

I think its very important that you realize that Albert Clark Rich and his kind of slime oozing fungle slime, must be forever stopped from hurting anyone else.

Albert Clark Rich lied about me, stating false

things about my work in Oregon.

I did solar powered sat link stations for the Department

of the Interior, in Florida I installed solar pool heating

systems, in Australia I installed solar powered water pumps, in Japan I installed a solar radio transmitter,

and in Texas I repaired over 100 solar hot water

systems built by other now out of business firms all over Texas.

In Oklahoma and Colorado I built solar pv systems, and I made one of the first large solar pv systems in Georgia, plus I made some college solar training stations in Savannah.

I have even got a solar system in England.

What hurts is that Albert Clark Rich is a very wicked

perverted loser, who thinks only about himself and does

not care whom he hurts to get his next meal,

and his weasel buddy Mark, is even worse, with

some sick back stabbing lies as well. Mark Zickel

is just plain horse piss on the ground with flies.

I think Albert Clark Rich owes me a big apology besides the 11,ooo thousand dollars he robbed me of.

I feel sorry for Albert Clark Rich, as it must be hard for him to sleep at night, because he knows he is a ripoff artist.

As for me, I am getting ready to design a power station for Nextel with solar powered air conditioning units that are DC powered instead of normal general use AC power.

I really do not have time to play games, I am trying to

help the planet, not rip it off like Albert Clark Rich

and his weasel sidekick Zickel.

Albert Clark Rich goes to court on September 10, 2004 for

one of the lawsuits against him, and there are other

court dates coming up.
