SOLIS PRODUCTIONS ripped off bride! Windermere, Florida
ATTENTION ALL BRIDES....
Please do not hire this company! I attended a few bridal shows last year, and was contacted through email by Eddie Solis asking if we were still looking for Wedding services. They offered Dj, photography & videography. I called Eddie and we spoke about all the services and the "special" that he was running at the time. They are based out of Orlando and my Fiance and I happened to be going out there for Memorial weekend with some friends. We met with Eddie at a Starbucks (which should have been my first clue) and went over some things. He completely played on the things that we wanted. He said that if we paid in full in the next week that he would throw in the uplights that we wanted and the photobooth that I was really wanting for my wedding. We signed the contracts and wrote him a check for 2600! The check was cashed in days... Since then, it was a hassle to hear back on anytime that we tried to contact him. I spoke with him in November to ask a few questions and that was it. I happened to go online last week and saw all of these reports that he was scamming brides!!!! We left many messages, and to my surprise, he actually called my Fiance back. Not to tell him that what he was reading was a lie, but to tell him that he did close down the business and that unfortunately with the economy, he could not keep it open. What about the money that we paid in full last year???!!!! He actually tried to make us feel bad for him! He spent our money for services that have not been provided. With less than 2 months until our wedding, we now have to start from scratch and have no idea how we are going to pay for it. He is a scam artist and a con! I hope he is not able to do this to anyone else!
