Sony & Circuit City Promotional Programs ripoff West Caldwell New Jersey
I purchased a computer from Circuit City in December 2002. The advertised price included rebates from Sony. I sent in all required information.
I sent in copies of sales receipt, serial numbers, rebate form, UPC codes, and now I have a postcard from them that states they don't have the required information.
There is no phone number included and the address is a Post Office Box. Obviously I am not the only one that this has happened to.
Buyers beware!!
