Sophia Lamas of BLDG Management, the Lloyd Goldman company, does not manage buildings assigned to her, ignores complaints, and is very disrepectful to apartment tenants in New York. For example, if there is a fire in the building or apartment, she does not respond, offer an apology or even discount the rent for the time someone is forced out of their apartment. This seems to be a common practice at Lloyd Goldman's BLDG Management. I would strongly advice not to work with either.
