Sound Community Services Dept. of Public Health Investigating Sound Community Services Again New London Connecticut
This local non-profit has been in the news too many times to county. This time the allegations are inappropriate sexual behavior between clients and staff, unsanitary conditions, used medical equipment along with a registered sex offender as a case manager and a CEO who is unqualified for the job (lying about his degree).
