Sound Image ripoff rip-off scam liars Van Nuys California
We delivered our car to Sound Image on the 8th of January, and here it is January 23rd. We are getting Tv's installed and was told it would be done 8-10 hours that day. The work promised is still not accomplished. We are still waiting to drive away as a happy customer. The People working there just keep telling us, it will be done this day, but again has not been ready. On a few days, we would drop the car off at 10:30am and not pick it up till 11:30pm, and still not have the car finished. This is going to be our 6th visit. To us, We think this is very bad customer service, and we are not happy with the service given.

so if you are having a full blown video system meaning 4 headrests a overhead unit and front unit the slowest installer would take 10-12 hours you really did not disclose what exactly you were installing. so i think you should be careful were you go but keep in mind if you dont feel right then dont spend your hard earned money there. i have installed for nearly 15 years and could do a video system like i mentioned in about 6-8 hours by myself. and i feel anyone with good expiernce should be close to that.
