I traded a great BMW for a Sonata and thats where the trouble started. I later received ticket on BMW and contacted South Bay Hyundai of Torrance. I was told how I could take care of it, I said you take care of it I paid a lot of money and you want me to do your work?  Received second warning on ticket due to South Bay Hyundai of Torrance not taking care of it. I called and told them my credit is on the line and could be issued a warrant for my arrest for there ticket on my old car (Ticket issued at location close to car lot after trading it in). Apparently they were not aware they needed to change ownership when they get a trade in bless there hearts. I gave up after being told the same thing as before and went and took care of it, that was the easy part. As time goes by ( 4 months ) I call about my plates for the Sonata and I am told it can take up to 6 months. I have gotten plates before but it took 5 weeks. I know I have to give a learning curve to these guys even though it is their primary vocation. It is now almost 9 months still no plates and I am working out of state so I let my wife know the situation. She went to the dealer and they sent her to AAA to get plates, I guess I have to be there in person, so the car sits until I get back.  Nice job South Bay Hyundai of Torrance.  I  have excluded all the calls to corporate I made prior to leaving Ca to work for 3 months, but, needless to say they were of no help and also dropped the ball by not calling me back with any resolve or follow up. Now my wife tells me the car is starting to go bad.  So she has it towed to South Bay Hyundai of Torrance and they tell her the reason it won't start is the brake override pin is worn. I only hope she is not dealing with Carlos from the previous post about South Bay Hyundai of Torrance. I would advise as many people as I can to stay clear of such lazy unhelpful people as those that work at South Bay Hyundai of Torrance. When I asked to speak with a manager on several occasions like the other poster I was denied. Thanks for posting Ripoff
