The owners of this company will rip you off and they try their best to get you to donate to some local charity, which is what they claim. They change the prices on their auction tickets, when you consign your items And they take forever to pay their consignee's. They will take advantage of you, just as they have taken advantage of me and serveral others.

First of all , the accusations here have NOTHING to do with South Florida Estate Buyers , Lisa Lingman or myself . This came about while I was an employee of a company called The Auction People which myself or Lisa had nothing to do with except the fact I was an employee there . Also , and its public record , the sole owners of The Auction People were John and Lisa Glennon and you can view all the information on the website Sunbiz.org . As for the allegations of South Florida Estate Buyers "cheating" people . The auction business isn't as easy as most people think . You're dealing with items that the customer either has an emotional bond to or the item was bought for an ridiculous marked-up price . Our policy has and will always be that it is solely up to the customer as to whether or not they accept our cash offer or , if we sell the items through auction , the seller is more than welcomed to attend the auction and record the prices their items brought . Lastly , I , Keith Horton , have been doing business here in South Florida for 25+ years and not once has anyone approached me saying that South Florida Estate Buyers did not pay for their items . Thank You .

I have been fortunate to use the Against my husbands protests I sent
services of South Florida Estae Buyers for both their auction services and their
donation service . My mother passed away in March and my husband and I were
unable to travel down to Florida to liquidate my mothers estate . Luckily enough
, my moms neighbor had used South Florida Estate Buyers in the past and had only
great things to say about the company .
Keith Horton a key to my moms condo and basically layed all of the liquidation
process in his lap . Not only did he and his company go above and beyond
our hopes but my mother had , especially in her later years , started
hiding money and valuables in unexpected places .
