I can understand people being upset when they are cheated. But how would you like to be the one working for the trucking co ? Who after you use the labor fuel wear and tear on your equipment then can't get paid. I can't even get them to answer the phone.
They are real slick this way they have no overhead .

I am also a trucking company who was ripped off by Southerland Transport, they owe us over 2500.00 and we have several drivers very upset that they worked for nothing. However I did a lot of research and found that southerland auto, Bill Southerland-Owner, was arrested for fraud. you can put a claim against them by calling the CA state attorney. If you do some research you will find that your money went to Bill Southerland personal garden worth over 80,000! It is very frustrating to know we will never see any money, unless we dedicate a lot of time and effort to fighting for it, which for most trucking companies, time??? what time! I know of several other companies I am suggesting we all keep a close eye on a few I wont mention on here yet until I get more solid proof but right now I suggest watching for car transport usa (i have a report on them here) and A-1 Auto out of NY. There are many more but dont have solid evedince to back my theories up yet but I have been doing a lot of research and suggest to try your best to only get COD loads!
