Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After working for this company for some time, I found it to be completely wasteful. They scam you from day one.

After answering an ad in the paper or on the internet, it states apply today work tommorow. It might even garauntee $300 a week. It shouldnt because they get you to sign a contract a 1099 form and agree to all of the companies requirements. They do all of this without stating what all of these things are.

Going out on a day of Observation is this second worse thing because they tell you to come in for a second interview, but you spend the whole day with them in the field.

They dont tell you that you will be doing door-to-door sales until you arrive to the first plaza or business and you are to go with them and follow them around all day while they made idiots of themselves soliciting broken or defective merchandise to business owners and employees.

Sometimes they give receipts with a number to call for exchanges or refunds but very rarely does this matter get taken care of.

This is the deceptive sales of the business. But the model shown is the same structure of the business itself. The business is glorified by preaching oppurtunity to run an office in another location, which you must work up to.

This is done by taking out people who are there for their second interviews and hopefully you paint a good enough picture for them to come back the next day. If they do, you must pay them $50 out of your profits for the day and if you do not sell enough that day to pay them, it comes out of your own pocket.

This business helped me open my eyes to look for other scams in the future, but it was a complete waste of my time and my money as well. Now I owe the government thousands of dollars, and I put thousands of miles on my car just to work for them. F*** You Very Much.

After putting in some good time with this company, I have found many reasons to be upset. Many reasons are due to the shady and deceptive "systems" the business owner applies. He begins it from day one, when you call. In most cases, these calls are brief so that you are not able to ask to many questions. If questions are asked, details are very vague and half-truthed. On second interviews, you are required to arrived at the office at a specific time, thinking you are going to see a presentation from the owner, or the "boss". Instead they have you sign a day of evaluation(observation) contract, and you spend the day with one of the many managers of the office. Not to go off subject, but the office I worked in was failing (6 distributors), but we still had 4 managers. Myself being one of them. Anyways, these managers try to close you all day long on the sale, or the idea working for them. Examples I used were as follows: Freedom to go wherever. No Boss on your back. Go at your own pace. And my favorite, The Oppurtunity. Everyone in the office is motivated about making a six-figure income, this idea came from running your own office. This is what the oppurtunity was. These people make lots of sacrifices, such as paying new trainees $50 a day, which comes out your 15-20% commision. We were told that it is part of the business, sacrifice now for tommorrow's riches. If we complained to the owner, we were frowned upon, and put a fear of loss in you. Not to mention you work from seven in the morning to seven or even later at night. You want to give these people their pay so that they stick around, you want to make them feel excited and vamped(feed them redbull). This is so their not really thinking, they are running around on an emotional high. The most important emotion is impulse. Impulse them at first and after awhile, we'll feed them the actual thruth about the business, little by little. Like a parent would do for a child about sex and adult pornography. I think eventually, in this business, intelligent and logical people come to their senses and realize what they have got themselves into. That is when they quit. To the other workers, especially the owner, you are then considered a p***y, and cannot handle responsibilities in a business manner. Hopefully a second thought runs through your head the next time you think of considering an interview or worse employment with these companies. Southern Direct, Innovage, and DS-Max are a waste of time and could possibly break one's finances they already have.
