Southwest Kia - NW ripoff Dallas Texas
Southwest Kia claimed that cause of my credit risk of already owning a car and wanting to purchase one, I would need to be assigned a higher interest rate.(I come to find out later that was a lie.) Well, anyways I bought the car and 2 days later I lost my job, so I asked to get out of the contract since I no longer meet the loan requirements. You'd think they would take the car back right then and there, but no they didn't want it.
They said it's too late, cause the paper work has already gone thru. I argued with them, the loan will not be finalized cause my employment verification will show that I do not have a job so therefore, I won't be able to pay for it. So therefore it should cancel the loan.
WRONG! I come to find out that they're working with someone in Citifinancial and that person will pushed the funding thru regardless if I didn't meet the loan requirements anymore. The dealer lied about what I had listed on my application and beefed it up to make it look like I had been at my job longer then what I had actually listed on my application. They were ripping me off on the interest rate so they did everything they could to push the funding on this fraudlent loan application, so that I could not return this car nor cancel this loan application.
I keep investigating and I also found out that whomever did the loan application at Citifinancial (and whom is apparently pairing up with Southwest Kia in this fraud)fraudently claimed she verified employment after she was clearly told that I no longer work there. I know this cause after 1000's of phone calls, I found the funding supervisor and she claims that my employment verifcation was done. I told her the same thing, I know for a fact that no verification was done and this person was told I know longer work there. So this person is obviously involved in this scam. She must be getting some cut from Southwest Kia.
I'll also be writing a report on Citifiancial Autos, cause even after I told them all this and told them I do not want this loan, they have choose to do nothing. They must enjoy losing money cause they're not getting a dime out of me.
