I have been defrauded by Rena Revivo, the owner of Spa De Soleil. She won't ship nor return my money for the payment which I made to them in the amount of over $2,600.00 for various items of spa equipment.

Rena Revivo seems determined to keep my money and hopes I will go away, but I intend to do whatever it takes to get my money back. Rena has been giving me a whole lot of excuses and refuses to do the right thing... She is a Scam Artist that's what the other complaints claim as well.

I no longer want their cheap equipment which I found out when I googled and read all the complaints against this woman and this company. (Rena wouldn't even ship the equipment which I wanted before finding out about the poor quality of the equipment.)

she did the same to me ! I'm just glad my order wasn't more costly thank god! Rena is a piece of work .

]I do not want something for nothing I want what I paid for. no more no less. they are uncooperative, lie about what was discussed. and do not care about what you get after products are paid for.

 products are inconsistant.in formulas and you will not get the packageing you expect. get it in writing.

I do not know the truth to this report, but I want to recommend that people should use a credit card in case of such problems, so you can do a charge back if you do not get a refund.

CREDIT CARDS offer many advantages. There is the convenience of being able to buy needed items now and the security of not having to carry cash. You also receive fraud protection and in some cases rewards for making purchases.

Understand your rights. Credit-card holders are entitled to protections.
Zero liability means you are not responsible for fraudulent charges when you report them promptly.
In some cases, you have the right to dispute purchases with merchants for unsatisfactory products or services.

I have been a client with Spa de Soleil for about 25 years.  Rina has always produced wonderful skin care products and always treated me well in all our business dealings.  As her company has grown, I do know that she has had some people that were not the best representation for her, but she has always taken care of any problems and ended any relationships with employees that were not good.  I have bought equipment and products and she has even fixed my equipment when it was not under warranty so I really find it hard to believe that anything you are saying is true.   Rena Revivo has an excellent reputation in the industry and if I were her I would be going after your for damage to her reputation.  As for her working under multiple company names that is something that many business owners of all sizes do.  It depends on if you are taking on new partners or a new product that you want to develop as a separate division, not that you are trying to hide anything or be a "scam artist".

2003 I began my first job as an aesthetician. I ordered a skin care machine from Spa De Soleil. I was sent the wrong equipment which arrived the day I was moving to another city.

Many many many phone calls to the company, return of the equipment, and never a refund. Actually Rena was the most considerate of all the people I spoke with; Alex the rudest. Dealing with this company made me want to scream obscenties at them.

I believe the equipment cost me around $250-$300 (7 years I don't remember). Doesn't matter. I finally got tired of their excuses and BS and just gave up. They said they refunded, the bank said no. I don't know the quality of the equipment but the quality of customer service was terrible and I still feel ripped off!

The one who is trying to pull a fast one is you. All of the complaints that you posted are serious accusations and allegations against Spa De Soleil and Rena Revivo and not a bad experience sharing only, as the purpose of those sites. You did not explain in your claim that you not received merchandise that you purchased (4) years ago!!!! When you have placed your call to Spa de Soleil you were rude, reckless, used foul language against anyone that picked up the phone over and over with out given anyone a chance to go through files and check your claim. When you spoke to Rena Revivo you cursed, bad mouthed and even hung up on her. You demanded results the same day. As a respectable company who is doing business nationally and internationally for over 20 years and fortunately does not have many of your kind. Our customer service and Rena Revivo notified you that they will investigate and check to the best of their ability on your complaint, however your response was rude, demanding, obnoxious and you wanted Spa De Soleil to give you merchandise at that moment. You have turned to threatening via email and phone calls and you have continued with small claims court which was answered by Spa de Soleil and you are continuing with personal and business slandering. It doesn't show good ethic on your side. As Spa de Soleil notified you since it's a purchase that was done over 4 years ago, they needed a reasonable time to investigate but you refused the time and I think that any other company will act in any different way with a claim that is 4 years ago. Since you proceeded with a small claim court case we will have to wait and follow the rules by the law, however keep in mind that Spa De Soleil as a corporation and Rena Revivo as an individual taking your accusations and allegations very seriously and that will lead to serious legal action.
