My first interview was with some very young immature girl named Jennifer Raab. She painted this wonderful picture of how long the company had been in business and how they were expanding etc...
The next day I went in for training. Some cheesy guy who said he was going to be my manager taught me a sales pitch about a deal at some dayspa. Then we had a meeting where I was forced to practice my pitch in front of the others who were already working there.
After the meeting my manager took me out to miision viejo dropped me off in a parking lot and said I should pitch every person I see, and he would return in a minute. He nver returned untill several hours later.
When he did come the first question was how many did I sell for him. Of course I hadnt sold any. I told him this wasnt what I expected and asked him to take me back to the office he said no. I ended up calling a cab. Whick cost $50.
