SpaCap Worst customer experience for a repeat customer Charlotte North Carolina
Ordered my second top. Woman said they had all my info. Top came and was not exact. It fit but attachments were misplaced and wrong. They air valves were different as well. Made the top almost useless. Called to see if we could get it fixed. The elderly woman said no we are not fixing. Then I asked to speak with someone Else. She said she would get back to me after the weekend. Called back- she forgot. Then said Jeff will not fix. In our discussion she hung up on me twice. So I have a hot tub cover I can't get on and off easily- difficult to fill with air. Not the exact top I assumed I was ordering. In credit ccard dispute now. Beware of Martha--- and do not use this company.
