Space Coast Marketing Mr. Sean M. Fitzgerald, Owner , Jason Belt BREACH OF WORDPRESS CONSULTING AND TRAINING CONTRACT AGREEMENT Satellite Beach Florida
On February 5, 2018, I Billy J. Lewis and SPACE COAST MARKETING, Sean Fitzgerald (Owner), and Jason Belt (Website Designer) enter into a written contract agreement. For consulting and website training so I would be able to manage my business word press website VIRGORIAN FASHIONS. Also on February 5, 2018, I sent wire transfer to Mr. Jason Belt to Wal-Mart in Melbourne, Florida reference/PIN # 891031735 to the attention of Mr. Sean Fitzgerald (Owner) which was pick up in the sum of $490.00 Wednesday Feb. 5, 2018 from Wal-Mart in Melbourne, Florida at 1130 a.m. I call Mr. Jason Belt to set up our very first appointment to be schedule for 2:00 P.M. for the 4 hours of session On Saturday February 10, 2018 and Mr. Jason Belt CONFIRM the appointment. I waited for Mr. Belt at home for 8 hours the telephone conference never got started. Mr. Jason Belt, text me later and mention some thing to the effective his girl friend car broke down and he and his girl friend had also plan to go shopping that day. But he had confirmed a scheduled appointment at 2 PM that day with me the client but the appointment never happen. He call me the next day on SUNDAY MORNING February 11, 2018, and said that he would be available any time after 2:00 PM THAT DAY. Again the same thing happen another 6 hours of time loss on my behalf because of another NO SHOW. On Sunday February 11, 2018, I had enough I call Mr. Jason Belt, and left a message and also text him after he would not answer the telephone phone. I also tried to contact the owner Sean Fitzgerald as well Jason Belt (SPACE COAST MARKETING, LLC), but no response. Because they “Breached” the contract I Billy J. Lewis is demanding A FULL REFUND in the amount of $490.00.
