As a former member of this club I was routinely over billed for my monthy account fees. Often I would have random bill show up for no reason and they would be for small amounts of money. I finally figured out that someone else was billing to my account! But could not get the charges reversed. They also would "lose" my payments - I would make a payment, but somehow that payment would not be credited to my account. So, for many months I was double billed.
I tried everything to straighten it out but... then they started not recognizing my monthly payments and stated to me that I was "paying in arrears" for months that I had already used, when I was actually being billed in advance for those months. I wrote letters, went in person to the office multiple times. They dont care. All they care about it just hitting you for as much as possible. No need to be honest when you just take what you want from my account.
All told, they ripped me off for over 9 months worth of gym time. Do not go there. They dont understand accounting. The office people will do absolutely nothing to fix your account. I had to manually make payments until I canceled and I am still fighting because they still have me as a member. I have to regularly call my bank and remind them not to dispserse payments to these people. Total headache.
Dont sign up with them they will screw you. Go to another gym and dont lose sleep over these dummies, they can't run a business.
