SCAM ALERT UPDATE MARK SCOTT THE SCAMM POSTER IS REVEALED. CASE CLOSED!

As a lawyer, a writer, a community activist, and only after having an extensive conversation with the likes of Scott, law enforcement, court officials and the bail bondsman we were able to get the real scoop on what turned out to be an extortion Scam Alert complaint and perpetrated by a thug shyster Mark Scott who posted it. Its a shame we share the same last name.

The night of the alleged imposter bondsman scamming Mark Scott, we find Scott and his momma (defendants grandma) begging the bail bondsman to help Mark Scott Jr. who got arrested that night, and was being held in jail for hate crimes and attempted murder.

The fact of the matter is the bail bondsman Zouvelos only after receiving a call and finding out that Mark Scott was duped by an alleged imposter, being a father himself, out of the kindness of his heart and in the middle of the night schleps into the courthouse and extends unprecedented $250,000 worth of credit in order for Mark Scott to help his son accused of violent and horrific crimes get out of jail.  And the defendant did get out of jail only thanks to the bondsman putting up his very own $250,000.00. It doesnt make sense that a professional bondsmen putting up $250,000 would even consider needing or even committing such a despicable crime of cheating someone out of 5k and risk losing his license and business, as it was falsely alleged by Mark Scott.  If the bondsman is the one who originally scammed Scott why then would Scott fork over an additional $12000.00 in premium payments to the bail bondsman?

So what actually happened here, wellin kind repayment to the bondsman." (Sarcasm emphasized) and only after two years when the defendant Scott Jr. is sent upstate to do jail time; Mark Scott does not honor the original agreement made with the bondsman regarding the payment terms and making sure his son behaves while out on bail.  On another matter the judge ends up remanding the defendant for reasons we hear are he was a danger to society and the fact that the defendant did not honor his terms and conditions with the court regarding bail release when he got re arrested for weed while out on bail. This re jailing ordered by the judge of Scott Jr. had absolutely nothing to do with the bail bondsman simply because as a matter of law the bondsman could have returned the defendant to jail for clear violations of his bail agreement, but he chose not to. Zouvelos remained the better man and gave Scott another shot, but the judge disagreed and locked up Scott Jr.

At the end of the day this is just a clear example of how Mark Scott the lifelong Scammer and poster of all these fictitious 'Scam Alerts', got scammed himself by an alleged imposter! Or Did he?  That is why Mark Scott has lost every attempt to hurt a good man who assists the public in their time of need while encountering what can be for many a grueling criminal justice system.   

The truth always comes out and again, thank you and it was a sincere pleasure meeting and doing business with you Mr. Zouvelos.

Give us a break, all the posts on the same day by the same person against this company and bondsman!  What a Scam!  The original posting and warning is such an obvious scam.  Bail bondsmen provide such a valuable service to the community and to defendants that they could not otherwise afford to get out of jail by paying full price for a bail

Fraudulent Ripp Off report Filing Case Update:

Funny Robert it Sounds like you are one of the Ripp Off report vendors who reach out to the accused an offer the false services of rebuilding the perceived damaged reputations secondary from many false reports.

Sure it has-but not by you.  Stick to bail bonds and leave the computer networking stuff to others better equiped.  Somehow I seriously doubt that some bail bondsman has the technical savy to HACK in to the ROR server, find the proper message packet and get the poster's IP address.

You've just damaged your business reputation more than anything the author of this report has posted.  You've shown your "nature" and have actually added a bit of credibility to this posting.  You've shown your willingness to make threats when you don't like something.

If all the allegations are true you would have had justice done.  But you are bitter that your son was remanded to jail to do his many years in jail for hate crimes he allegedly commited.

Obviously you are a bitter liar raising a loser son modeled after you his loser lying father.  Your post has been sent to legal counsel for law suite and your false allegations will continue to get you into trouble.  Your not the man you think you are just a big mouth thug that bangs on his cage.  We are not scared of you Mark Scott, no one is.  Keep ranting and raving your i.p. address has been recorded.
