Jeff Jernigan is a total con artist. He was previously, found guilty of check kiting, credit card theft and bank fraud through a previous business. Unfortunately, I learned about this information too late. Fortunately, we were informed that he was up to his old tricks before taking us for too much. He has failed to pay us for services and has yet to pay after several months and many attempts. He, also, owes a printing company for business cards, a radio station for advertisement several previous landlords for unpaid rent and back pay to employees.
