Special T Travel Charged me 1398 dollars because  I didn't travel to and tour all of their destinations. I cannot believe this company is able to do this. Seems to my bank the charge is valid and they played me the tape of me agreeing to everything and authorizing the charge in the event i did not travel. I can't believe this I have no memory of half o the things I heard but it was me alright. If anyone knows of anything I can do please help.

I have used travel pacage from Special T Travel two times once 2004 and 2007. And it was all 100%

In 2004 we came in middle of a hurricane and they did everything for us.  saying they are scaming pepole it is not right thing to do. Calling them for info and what ever I need was 100%.

SO THANK YOU SPACIEL T TRAVEL FOR MAKING ME POSSIBLE TO TAKE MY FAMILY TO VACATION TO US.

Bogus Complaint

This bogus letter was written by an employee at CSA, a company that calls former clients of Special-T-Travel (they are called "expired accounts") and tells people if they don't pay them (CSA) to reinstate their expired package, they will be charged all this extra money. (which Special-T of course does not do) Then when you say 'no way', they refer you to these bogus letters that THEY wrote to scare you into believing it will happen. I know. I'm a former employee of CSA.

Special T Travel does not offer a vacation package in the amount of $1398.00!!  This post is from Consumer Services posing as a client of Special T Travel.

WARNING!!!! SPECIAL T TRAVEL WILL NEVER CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE/AMOUNT FOR AN EXPIRED OR UNUSED VACATION PACKAGE.

SPECIAL T TRAVEL HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH CONSUMER SERVICES OF AMERICA (CSA) OR TRAVEL SERVICES.

PLEASE IGNORE ANY EMAIL FROM CITI MERCHANT SERVICES, FIRST DATA MERCHANT SERVICES, DELINQUENT ACCOUNT STATUS, SPECIAL T TRAVEL COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT OR ANY OTHER EMAIL / TELEPHONE CALL CONCERNING A CLAIM FROM SPECIAL T TRAVEL.

It has become evident that Special T Travel clients are being directed to these complaint sites as proof of additional charges owed by our clients.  Special T Travel does not have a Collections Department.  Special T Travel does not have an audio tape where you agreed to any additonal charges for your unused or expired vacation package. 

Special T Trevel does not provide MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover with a tape of your purchase.
