Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Mr. Bosley, I am not sure how you sleep at night. If you do not know, the company you are soliciting for is unprofessional in every aspect of the word.

When calling to "get started", I was able to speak to someone within seconds of dialing the number. I sign-up for the package and web-site to "start my own business" but did not realize I was signing up for unethical practices.

I authorized the representative (Phillip, who became illusive upon trying to talk to him again) to debit my checking account for the $39.95 it would take to start my business. I also told him not to debit the account until Friday, September 14, 2007. The money was promply debited on Wednesday, September 12, 2007, causing an overdraft in my account.

After over an hour on the phone, I finally got to speak to someone (Myrna) and stated that I wanted this account cancelled. I was told it would take nine days to credit my account. The rep gave me her number and extention number. She then told me my "transcript" would be pulled to verify that I had stipulated a date ( how much should we bet that part of the transcription will be changed or deleted). She then asked me if there was a service charge, I initially said I did not think so; I consulted my bank and was told there would be.

I tried to re-contact her at the number and extention she gave me and got no answer. I re-contacted member's services and asked to speak to a supervisor. After re-hashing my story (for the sixth time), she (Lauren) told me this was not a supervisor's problem, recited "policy" to me, and became extremely rude. I also told her I had just spoke to someone not five minutes before her and I could not get back through to her. She rudely stated Myrna was probably not in or she was not answering her phone.

Again, I asked to speak to a supervior. She WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. She told me to call back in 24-48 hours to confirm my transcript and my actual words. I told her how rude I thought she was, how unethical I thought the entire company was. They could take my money before I authorized it, but I couldn't talk to someone in charge then. Unbelievable!!!

I can see I probably will not get my money back, have to pay an overdraft charge, and I may contact an attorney.

I cannot believe the way I was treated, spoken to, and the unethical practices of this company. Is there no way to stop them!? I am very upset and distraught by this company. I am concerned for people who call and sign-up for this ripp-off who are believing they will be able to start a lucritive business and have less money than I do (not that I am rich). I don't have a great income or I would not have entertained this idea.

Thank you for allowing me to speak out about this company. I guess I should be ashamed of myself, along with Mr. Bosley, for being vulnerable to this company.

They did the same thing to me. I ended up getting my refund after I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. It is a shame that I had to jump through hoops to get it but the BBB was able to help me get my refund. I suggest that you also file a report with the BBB. They might be able to help you too.
