I have tried on several occasions to get my bills lowered. Each time the reasons are different. This time I was told the service provided has been upgraded and the cost passed on to me. I am a senior citizen so after being told they could only lower it by $10 after having raised it by $20, I thought I would ask if there were any senior discounts and again I was told no. There are several commercials showing the cost to sign up for business with this company at a cost of $29.99 per service bundle. That is a far cry from what they are charging me $177. per month for bundle package. I am so disgusted with the way I, as a long time subscriber have been treated that I decided to complain!
