I honestly don't know where to begin. The $50 fee (THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT) for a CARRY ON bag. The TWO HOUR wait in line to check in to be told that if i don't pay the $50 i can't board...or the FIVE HOUR DELAY for NO apparent reason....

How about the idiot agent telling me if i print my boarding pass on the return i only pay $25...um NOT. You only pay $25 if you JOIN THE SPIRIT CLUB. Um NO THANK YOU. So now i pay $40 to bring a carry on bag and pay $10 to PICK A SEAT??????So i get home, call Spirit and the THIRD WORLD Yahoos tell me that i can't get my money back so i tell her to go F herself and call my bank and tell them to decline the return charges because i had to pay cash at the airport (so i can't really get that back)  The bank lady agreed it was ridiculous so i'm hoping they refuse to pay it. 

In my 20 years as a paralegal i have seen a lot of things but this is a major class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Not only is this the biggest "ghetto airline" it's a scam. How it's in business i do NOT have a clue.
