I went out to buy me a better car for the coming winter weather. My car was older and creaking and making suspecious noises. I'm a 67 year old senior citizen and I need it to drive to the hospital and go shopping.

Well as soon as the Buick Regal was in my possession I could not remove the key from the ignition switch, then the CHECK ENGINE SOON light came on and stayed on, then I realized my A.C. was not functional, then my blower only worked on the highest number. A week later when we got a strong rain, I went out to my car and I had two gallons of water on the floor of the front passenger side. I tried going to the dealer to get them to do some repairs. they would patch things up send me home and the next day the same problems were back. I have gone to the Attorney general and the Better business bureau with no luck or help. I am now stuck with bills for $1318.49 to replace the ECM, paying $206.00 a month for 33 months and $440.00 every six months for car insurance. Now I have to have my ignition switch replaced. They made me buy a GAP acceptance coverage, $400.00 which I had ask them to please waive, but they refused, and later I find out I did not have to pay it.

I am sorry to admit the dealer and their sales people ran a con-game and scam on me, and I fell into it from ignorance. They claim I signed my name to all the exes before my name and I am in the wrong. But I'm just a lowly consumer and they are a giant enterprise only caring obout the bottom line.

11/17/2014, The temperature was 20 degrees out this evening. I went out to clean snow off my car and park at another spot. When I pressed on my brakes, I felt them sink all the way in. The next day I had the car towed to my mechanic for the repair. He showed me how the brake lines were totally destroyed. There was no way to repair what was there. All my brake lines would have to be replaced.

Four months, I have had this lemon of a car I bought from Spitzer Mitsubishi in Sheffield Village, Ohio. Had I been out on the freeway driving when my brake lines broke, I would have killed myself and any passengers with me. This should be against the law for a dealer to get away with this sort of behavior. Yet I have notified the Attorney General and the Better

Business Bureau in Ohio and they won't bother doing anything. These crooked dealers rule over all the paper tiger

consumer advocates in place for consumers. I had to pay $316.77 for the brake lines repair.
