Spocket Spocket.Co Stole My Money After Subscription Canceled Vancouver BC
I requested the service to be canceled before the free trial ended back October 24, 2020, and they canceled the account as could not access the members' area! On December 10th they charged my credit card $99. Could not find contact information so filed a complaint with PayPal and sent PayPal the screenshots of communication of the canceled account on October 24th, PayPal rules in their favor and allows them to keep my money after refusing to acknowledge my complaint about about 14 days!
So after receiving the email from PayPal, I only found the email contact information and forward the email to them saying it's not right they continue to defraud and steal your money.
Got an answer back from Lorena saying they get to keep my money and Christmas to them!
They do not have direct contact information listed for you to find, because they are a scam!
Avoid them! I have contacted the Police and filed a police report! Also, Contacted my Credit Card and submitted the documentation of canceled membership back in October along with Lorena email basically bragging about stealing my money!
