Placed an order on Nov 29, 2011 for a deployment unit in Kuwait.  As of July 10, 2012, the US Army unit have not received their complete order.  Spoke with Sports55 several times, with promised delivery dates, but no follow up or follow through.  John Eberl is rude - and very demeaning.  Not willing to work with the deployment unit.  A representative from the company lied on several other reviews stating that we are being unreasonable. 

If the Sports55 states that the product will be delivered within 6 weeks, one would think that 32 weeks is well over the promised date.  Definitely will not use this company in the future.  Sadly, they sponsor several tournaments in the softball circuit.  In addition, Sports 55 is not in good standing with the State of Maryland.  Public information can be retrieve via the State of Maryland website regarding taxes.

I went through the same thing with this company. File an online complaint with the Maryland AG office Consumer Protection. I filed with BBB, they're useless. I file then they give them a rating of C- from a D. The owner sends emails to his attorney and forwards copies to the customer. Not too bright in the world evidentiary discovery, though not needed in SCC. Did you try a charge back with your cc company? The owner will lie about everything even delivery when there's proof it wasn't delivered.
