Over three months ago I filed a request to withdraw several hundred dollars of my money from sportsbook.com.

Initially, they said it would be processed in just a couple of days.

After 2 weeks of waiting, I was informed that they needed to confirm that my credit card was in fact mine. So, like they asked, I faxed them a copy of my CC statement, drivers license, and mail from my present address.

After 3 more weeks of waiting, I was told that they now would only allow me to withdraw via a check or bank wire. I sent in the request. After 3 more weeks, I was asked to send them information to confirm my bank account information.

After doing this, I now am repeatedly being send generic form emails, telling me over and over to confirm my bank account information. No matter what I write to them, they tell me they need to confirm my account, even if my email to them contains my account information!

I have never been so mistreated by a company in my life. I think that part of their business model is that they run people through hoops so that they eventually give up and they are able to keep the money.

Alright, let's get down to the main point here. I have been on Sportsbook.com for years. Personally I think their customer service is absolutely astounding, I even sit for hours conversing with some of them because they are so nice, but that is beside the point here. The main point obviously is that you haven't received your check from Sportsbook.com after a long wait. Well that is very odd because they normally do not ask for verification on withdrawals although it never really hurts if you do so, which you stated you did. Rest assured you will receive your funds because Sportsbook.com is one of the largest books on the planet, they have no intentions of ripping you off. I play at all types of Poker Rooms and such and always get paid, whether it is 2 days or 10 days, it gets to me eventually. Unfortunately, you need be to be a bit patient. When you talk to a customer representative, have the patience to be nice to them and they will treat you well. Normally when a Book or Poker Room asks for verification, it is because you either funded the account using another family members card or your account info wasn't to straight enough for them to read, but either or they still normally don't do that, which is odd. I was just on a live chat with a representative and they are all aware of this issue, I know for a fact, so be patient and let us all know when you do receive your funds. Thanks and hope all works out well buddy!

Tim, I don't know if the Editor will allow me to post this or not. You see, part of the problem is I have some bad news and this post might come across as too negative! First: I don't think that you will get any money. The reason is simple, Google US Internet Gambling and I am sure you will find out that you violated the law! Why do you think that the Credit Card Companies are starting to refuse credit card transactions? Google Credit Cards and Gambling! Why do you think PayPal has been cracking down? Google Paypal and Gambling! Take Care!
